LecturerIn busy healthcare environments, infection prevention practices can be challenging to maintain consistently. By visualizing normally invisible microorganisms, droplets, and aerosol particles, I aim to enhance healthcare professionals’ awareness and foster a workplace culture that supports sustainable infection prevention behaviors. Ultimately, I believe that the accumulation of these efforts will contribute to a reduction in healthcare-related infections.

Since nursing is a profession dedicated to supporting people's health, I believe nursing students should also be encouraged to prioritize their own well-being and recognize the importance of self-care early in their education. However, current evidence suggests that self-care among nursing students remains insufficient. Through my research, I hope to identify strategies that foster sustainable self-care behaviors in their daily lives.
