4. Name of the media outlet where the content will be published or broadcast
5. Summary of the interview content (proposal or outline may be attached if available)
6. Scheduled publication or broadcast date
7. Preferred interview date and time
8. Interview format (in-person, online, phone, written, or other)
9. Preferred interview location (for in-person interviews)
10. Deadline for our response
11. Additional notes or requests
